About Me
Hi I am Tunjing Ang and I am a ScrumMaster of Team CCCMI.
Project we develop is Aquality V2.0 which is a project that help citizen scientist to determine the water quality though the use of insect.
This is a project having 3 release, 14 sprint, 25 week. In our team we having 416 story points, and we staying the velocity 20.8 story point per week.
There is many challange to us which one of our teammate get Covid-19 during the development phase, and most of us underestimate the time comsumed by the task.
But at the end, we reach our goal.

The main objective for me as scrummaster in this team is keep everything on track. Beside that I also in charge of communicate with customer, managing backlog item relation and coaching agile team.

Back-end Developer
In this project, my role as a backend is server and database adminstrator. Beside I also need to setup the API that use to connect our hardware and mobile application. A additional admin site is also hosted on the same domain with the API server.

Team Project
I am member of CCCMI, and our project is Version 2.0 of Aquality. It is an improvement over version 1.0. It uses three sensors to determine water quality, as well as an AI model to analyze insects collected by Citizen Scientists.

Journal
I had written the whole process of building the application in
a technical journal to record all the issue and development
process. The journal had track down more details about the
development process of the project in my role perspective by
each sprint.
