Our first week into college started with everyone trying to figure out teams. Over the summer we had originally planned to have two teams of three and at this week we were trying to figure out who should go on what teams. This was between Charlie Behan, Cormac White, Arnas Cibulskis, Kieran Keegan, Paddy Reid and I. We asked each other what our skills are and each of us had a good idea of each others work ethic which meant picking our teams should have been easy; but it wasn't. We were discussing it through to the next week.
We went with two teams of three because we believed it would work well with less people per team and it was the fairest split of members. We wanted to work together as we know we all work well together and given its the final year, I believed this was the most important decision of the course. We took our time over this as we were all still settling back into college. Charlie, Cormac, Paddy and Arnas were also still in Lodz in Poland for most this week and I had to miss Thursday and Friday. Our issue was we hadn't all met face to face either and so we still needed to figure out the teams for definite.
